Student Worker, Communications & Design

Job summary

This role involves supporting internal communications through creative visual design as part of a dedicated team. The position is for a Student Worker, requiring 15 hours of work per week on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university or college degree program in design.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to storytelling by creating articles and supporting materials for various communication channels.
• Develop engaging visual assets for internal communications campaigns, including illustrations, infographics, banners, and images for the intranet and LinkedIn.
• Create and edit PowerPoint templates and presentations for events and meetings.
• Edit videos to support communication efforts.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand’s visual identity.
