Student Worker (Business Intelligence, On-site)

Job summary

This position involves contributing to the delivery of automated digital solutions that provide leaders with an overview of program management and project progress. The student worker will assist in building a KPI structure for ongoing tracking and visualization of project data.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT or business-related field.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, including Python.
• Familiarity with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Experience with AI technologies.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, data foundation, and analysis.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with quality systems and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information in English.
• Customer-oriented and service-minded attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of portfolio management and reporting.
• Initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Project Portfolio reports using PowerApps and/or BI tools.
• Support data tracking for project portfolios.
• Create and maintain KPI structures in PowerApps and/or BI.
• Conduct data analysis and create visualizations.
• Develop and maintain the Project Portfolio Management System.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive development initiatives.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
