Student Commercial Analyst (Finance, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This position is for a motivated student assistant to support the Analysis and Business Intelligence team within Commercial Finance, focusing on delivering business performance insights through data analysis and reporting. The role involves working closely with a diverse team to ensure high-quality data and insights are available for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and update forecast models.
• Develop and maintain various monthly commercial reports.
• Provide ad hoc data extracts and analysis for key stakeholders.
• Assist in the forecast process and support the development of the data framework, including semantic models.

Qualifications

• Eager to learn and contribute to team efforts.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to ask questions.
• Interest in the intersection of people, business, and data.
• Proficient in Excel and statistical tools, preferably at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with Power BI, DAX, and SQL is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, international, and agile environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Education

• Open to students at both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, preferably with 1-2 years remaining before graduation.
• Ideal candidates are pursuing studies with a strong mathematical foundation, such as economics or engineering.
