Job summary

This role involves supporting the internal business development and management consulting team to drive strategic projects essential for agency growth and innovation. The position requires assisting in the entire project lifecycle, from data capture and analysis to creating decision-making materials and executing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Communication, or a related field (with at least 1-2 years left of studies).
• Strong interest in management consulting, project management, and business development.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of projects focused on business development, innovation, and organizational growth.
• Capture and analyze data to build conclusions and recommendations.
• Assist in scoping and building project plans for effective delivery.
• Help execute project plans across various business departments.
• Draft communication and presentation materials for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Provide ongoing support to management on strategic and administrative tasks.
• Maintain the overall project portfolio for business development, tracking tasks and timelines.
