Student Assistant, Supply Chain Planning (Healthcare, Remote)

Job summary

A student assistant position is available in the Supply Planning department, focusing on supply chain activities. The role offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to various tasks within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly reports using SAP and BI tools.
• Assist with Master Data updates and lifecycle management tasks.
• Extend new GMDs in SAP and request necessary data.
• Create and follow up on Gx QEM actions.
• Support ad hoc tasks related to data and analytics.
• Manage narcotic drug licenses in compliance with authority guidelines and GxP practices.
• Ensure adherence to GDP and GxP standards at all times.

Skills

• Detail-oriented with strong order management capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant bachelor's degree program.

Tools

• SAP, BI tools, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
