Student Assistant, Supply Chain Planning

Job summary

A student assistant position is available in the Supply Planning department, focusing on supply chain activities. The role offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to various tasks within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in the Windows Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Capable of effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly reports using SAP and BI.
• Support Master Data updates and manage lifecycle management tasks.
• Extend new GMDs in SAP and request necessary data.
• Create Gx QEM actions and follow up on them.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks, primarily related to data and analytics.
• Manage narcotic drug licenses in compliance with authority guidelines and GxP practices.
• Adhere to GDP and GxP standards consistently.

Skills

• Detail-oriented with strong order management capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and supply chain processes.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant bachelor's degree program is required.

• SAP, BI, Windows Office (especially Excel).
