Student Assistant (Product Management, On-site)

Job summary

This position is for a physics student (BSc or MSc) with a keen interest in quantum computing and its technology stack, particularly in cryogenic electronic integration. The role involves supporting product managers in executing product strategies, understanding user needs, and mapping the competitive landscape, while also contributing to product documentation.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one university-level quantum physics course (mandatory)
• Advanced or technology-oriented quantum physics courses are advantageous
• Interest in the business/commercial aspects of technology is a plus
• Ability to study independently and a strong desire to learn
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Assist in product strategy execution and understanding user needs
• Map the competitive landscape for quantum computing control systems
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies
• Create and maintain product documentation, including brochures and manuals

Skills

• Insight into quantum mechanics and advanced quantum technologies
• Eagerness to learn about the challenges in the scientific and industrial community related to quantum computing
• Development of commercial skills such as customer engagement and market analysis

Education

• Currently enrolled in a physics program (BSc or MSc)

Tools

• Familiarity with product management tools and documentation software is beneficial
