As a Student Assistant in the Partner Enablement & Experience team, you will support the rollout and enhancement of partner enablement programs. This role involves improving partner engagement and ensuring high-quality content and communications.

• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools.
• Interest in technology and partner ecosystems.
• Effective communicator with collaborative skills.
• Motivated to learn and improve continuously.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing partner enablement programs, focusing on YellowHub adoption.
• Support partner onboarding across various platforms.
• Maintain and update training materials and guides within YellowHub.
• Help with partner communications to enhance engagement.
• Track and report on adoption metrics and engagement levels.
• Gather partner feedback to improve experiences.
• Coordinate training sessions and enablement campaigns.
• Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and enablement teams.
• Ensure consistency and quality in partner-facing content.
• Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes.
