Job summary

The role involves supporting the End-User Services team to enhance employee experiences with IT services and digital workplace offerings. The position provides hands-on experience in a global IT organization, focusing on service improvement activities and operational support.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or studying a relevant university degree in Service Design, Anthropology, Sociology, UX Research, or a similar field.
  • Interest in understanding people, services, technology, and organizational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with qualitative and quantitative study activities, including interviews, surveys, observations, and data analysis.
  • Help map employee journeys across IT touchpoints to identify trends and service optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex insights into clear presentations and recommendations.
  • Support planning, coordination, meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational activities and administrative coordination within the IT organization.

Skills

  • Structured approach to coordinating activities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools such as Teams.

Education

  • Relevant university degree in progress or completed.
