Job summary

This role involves supporting the IT/Digital Transformation and Implementation team within a Logistics Center of Excellence. The position focuses on contributing to various IT projects aimed at enhancing digitalization in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Intelligence, IT, Innovation, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of study remaining.
• Proficient in verbal and written English, with strong presentation skills.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams, and a willingness to learn new IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery tasks related to significant IT change projects.
• Manage communication and change management efforts, enhancing knowledge sharing through platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage.
• Co-develop materials for workshops and decision-making meetings.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
