About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Head of IT Transformation with communications and change management activities within a global IT organization during a significant digital transformation. The position requires drafting and coordinating communications for the IT team and broader stakeholders, while collaborating with senior IT leadership and Corporate Communications.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, IT Management, or a related field, with at least two years of studies remaining.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with intranet or content management systems is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Available for approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility for academic commitments.
  • Must be able to work on-site in the Copenhagen Region.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and publish communications for the IT organization and wider stakeholder community, including emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and track activities related to change management initiatives within the IT transformation program.
  • Prepare materials for IT leadership meetings and events such as Cyber Security Week and town halls.
  • Manage digital communication channels for the IT organization, including the intranet and internal social media.
  • Contribute to engagement activities such as workshops and campaigns.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to communications and information management.
  • Support scheduling and documentation for the Head of IT Transformation as needed.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and clarity.
  • Interest in IT and digital topics, with the ability to communicate technical subjects clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proactive and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint; experience with intranet or content management tools is a plus.
