Student Assistant in Marketing

Job summary

This position offers a fixed-term opportunity for a student assistant to gain practical experience in a Global Marketing organization. The role involves supporting various marketing teams with digital and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

• Completed high school and currently taking a gap year before further studies.
• Interest in marketing, communication, digital content, and coordination.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Approving local Instructions for Use (IFUs).
• Uploading, tagging, and naming images, videos, and campaign assets in corporate systems and on YouTube.
• Assisting with practical production tasks, including plotter prints and internal photo shoots.
• Supporting global community management by monitoring and managing social media inboxes.
• Providing logistical support for customer visits and events, including creating name tags.

Education
