Student Assistant for Web (On-site)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Commercial Excellence department by managing website content and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position is ideal for a tech-savvy student eager to gain practical experience in digital marketing and user experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or in the early stages of a master's degree in digital marketing, web management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to create engaging digital content.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, particularly EPiServer/Optimizely CMS and Google Analytics.
• Proficient in MS Office and professional in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Organize and update content on the Group website.
• Assist in creating campaign landing pages and establishing best practices for campaign content.
• Support editors in updating existing content and collaborate on new pages.
• Communicate with developers regarding website management and support UX design tasks.
• Monitor site analytics and plan improvements based on performance data.
• Conduct keyword research and generate content ideas to enhance organic visibility.
• Gather business requirements to create user stories for the Product Owner.
• Improve training materials for the Content Management Solution (CMS).
• Provide technical assistance with CMS Optimizely and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Assist international communication peers with editorial questions.
