Student Assistant - Financial Reporting and Compliance (Pharmaceutical, Valby)

Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or in the first year of a university degree in Finance, Business Economics, Audit, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity for personal and professional development.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality reports.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Test and maintain the Internal Control Framework controls.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Review CEO and Board of Directors' expenses for compliance.
• Implement technology to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
• Conduct financial compliance visits and perform sample testing.
• Advise the business on financial compliance inquiries.
• Report to the Audit Committee on Financial Reporting, Compliance, and ESG matters.

Education
