Student Assistant (Event Marketing, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Group Marketing team in planning and executing events across European markets. The Student Assistant will work closely with the Event Manager and collaborate with various departments to ensure successful event delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Available for approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around key event dates.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Familiar with digital tools and eager to learn about CMS and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Research and shortlist venues and suppliers for events, gathering quotes and practical details.
• Maintain event pages on the website from announcement to post-event follow-up.
• Assist with invitations and registrations, including guest lists and attendance tracking.
• Prepare event materials and logistics, such as booth items and checklists.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Content Marketing to ensure proper event execution.
• Knowledge of Danish, German, or another Nordic language.
• Experience in event planning through student organizations, part-time work, or internships.
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM, or marketing automation tools.
• Interest in B2B SaaS marketing and the impact of events on business outcomes.
• Collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
