Job summary

This role involves creating engaging content to showcase the work environment and attract future talent. The Student Assistant will support the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams by producing content primarily for social media platforms, participating in employer branding activities, and assisting in the recruitment of student assistants.

Qualifications

  • Currently a student with a passion for content creation
  • Strong technical skills in video recording and editing
  • Comfortable with social media and various content formats
  • Confident in reaching out to colleagues and following up independently
  • Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce employer branding content for LinkedIn and Instagram, focusing on video
  • Support in-person and digital employer branding activities, including career fairs
  • Assist in the recruitment process for student assistants through coordination and communication
