Student Assistant (eCommerce, On-site)

Job summary

In this role, you will support the eCommerce team by enhancing customer experiences across a network of Shopify-based webshops. You will gain practical experience in UX/UI, content management, analytics, and digital design.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Design, Multimedia Design, E-commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Passionate about UX/UI and creating engaging digital experiences.
• Creative with a commercial mindset and comfortable in an eCommerce environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and create digital assets, including banners and promotional content.
• Implement approved designs and content across multiple webshops.
• Create mockups for new webshop initiatives and improvements.
• Assist with UX/UI optimization and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer journey.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and resolving webshop issues and bugs.
• Work systematically with design and content implementation across numerous webshops.
