Student Assistant, Creative Sourcing

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Design, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Economics with at least one year remaining in studies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Creative mindset with a passion for jewelry and fashion.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
• Structured and independent work approach with a proactive attitude.
• Team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the materials inspiration library.
• Update the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system with design explorations.
• Contribute to research projects and creative product explorations.
• Share monthly trend and concept reports and participate in bi-annual creative sessions.
• Organize Creative Sourcing tools and materials.
• Update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
• Handle various ad hoc tasks as needed.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.
