Student Assistant – Analytical Generalist (Commercial Excellence, Hillerød)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Commercial Excellence team in a global company while gaining practical experience. The position includes system enablement and project management, allowing for hands-on involvement in commercial processes and data management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a Danish higher education institution, ideally with at least 2 years remaining.
• Field of study may include business, economics/management, analytics, psychology, or a related interdisciplinary program.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with enterprise/sales operations systems (CRM, CLM, BI).
• Professional demeanor and comfort working across cultures and time zones.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic finance understanding and attention to detail are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support key commercial platforms, including CRM and reporting tools.
• Create user guides and training materials; assist with user onboarding.
• Maintain data quality and contribute to dashboards and insights.
• Document and enhance operational processes.
• Plan and execute a self-driven project related to commercial processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and present project progress.
• Provide ad hoc support to Commercial Excellence and customer-facing teams.

Skills

• Ability to work independently after receiving guidance.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant higher education program.
