Strategy Consultant (Renewable Energy, On-site)

Job summary

This role involves working as a Strategy Consultant within the renewable energy sector, focusing on offshore wind projects. The position is based in Denmark or Germany and requires collaboration with international clients to enhance their operations and maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the energy sector or management consulting, with offshore wind experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant degree in engineering, business, or economics, with a strong interest in technical and operational aspects.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams, facilitating meetings and managing relationships.
• Deliver strategy and improvement projects using management consulting best practices.
• Develop O&M portfolio strategies and improvement plans for specific assets.
• Identify opportunities for cost and process optimization.
• Analyze optimization drivers for offshore wind O&M and develop project-specific business cases.
• Support clients in navigating service agreements and operational models.
• Enhance existing service offerings based on client needs.
