Job summary

This role involves creating structured learning environments for AI systems based on real-world consulting experiences. The position is focused on building domain-specific reinforcement learning tasks and evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans.
• Experience in developing financial models and synthesizing findings from complex data.
• Capability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Proficient in written English (B2+ level).

Responsibilities

• Develop realistic consulting project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including industry context and financial constraints.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents that replicate actual consulting work, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis.
• Establish evaluation criteria and quality standards for tasks to train AI grading systems.

Compensation

Contributors can earn up to $60 per hour, depending on their contribution level and project complexity. Estimated workload is around 25-30 hours per week during active project phases.
