Job summary

This role involves building domain-specific reinforcement learning environments for AI systems by leveraging real-world consulting experience. The position is focused on translating authentic consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios for advanced AI applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans.
• Experience in developing financial models, conducting market analyses, and synthesizing findings from complex data.
• Capability to produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Proficient in written English (B2+ level).

Responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project environments that reflect real engagement dynamics, including industry context and financial constraints.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents that replicate real consulting work, such as market sizing and operational diagnosis.
• Establish evaluation criteria and quality standards to train and calibrate AI grading systems.
