Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
• Proven experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans
• Experience in building financial models and conducting market analyses
• Ability to produce client-ready deliverables under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and hypothesis-driven thinking
• High attention to detail and output quality
• Proficient in written English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect actual consulting work
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards for AI outputs
