Responsibilities

• Implement the regional SRM strategy (Pricing, Promo, Mix, and Trade terms) in local markets.
• Analyze data to derive insights and create clear action plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage local promotional and trade terms budgets, ensuring optimal ROI through guidelines and performance tracking.
• Integrate SRM concepts into relevant business processes to promote sustainable growth.
• Handle SRM-related escalations and assess associated risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with demand colleagues to optimize investments related to SRM.
• Engage with the European SRM community to share strategies and best practices.
• Develop expertise in the SRM discipline and serve as a business partner in the annual Operating Plan process.
