This role involves overseeing store operations and supporting the management team while ensuring excellent customer service and team development during a 12-month maternity cover.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities
• Set and implement daily and weekly sales targets for the store team
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and updates to management
• Assist with various store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling
• Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional one-on-one service
• Inspire and develop the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge

Education

• Relevant experience in retail management preferred
