Responsibilities

  • Support the management team in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities
  • Set and implement daily and weekly sales targets for the store team
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and updates to management
  • Assist with various store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling
  • Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional one-on-one service
  • Inspire and develop the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge

Skills

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements

Education

  • Relevant experience in retail management preferred

Tools

  • Familiarity with retail management software and reporting tools
