Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail is preferred.
• Completed high school or vocational education.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Willingness to learn about product features, quality, care, and pricing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with retail systems and POS technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer experience in the store and stockroom.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom while adhering to safety requirements.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including display and organization.
• Maximize selling by organizing and filling the sales floor.
