• Increase platform adoption and enhance developer productivity.
• Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and improve engineering effectiveness.

Skills

• Experience with internal developer portals and GitHub.
• Advanced developer tooling capabilities.
• Experience in guiding organizational change and mentoring within engineering teams.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
