Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field, including senior or staff level roles.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with an emphasis on performance optimization.
  • Extensive experience with data warehousing technologies, particularly Redshift.
  • Strong skills in dbt, including modular design and testing strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain critical business data models.
  • Experience in SaaS environments with complex analytics needs.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documenting technical decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset for resolving ambiguous metric definitions.
  • High autonomy and proactive problem-solving approach.
