About the role

Job summary

As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in one of the largest D365 Customer Engagement implementations globally, focusing on enhancing the digital landscape for a major retail organization. You will lead architectural decisions and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of D365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Azure, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of end-to-end processes across Customer Engagement and Finance Operations.
  • Experience with Customer Care/Call Center solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Several years of CRM experience, preferably in B2C environments.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and programs.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural decisions for Marketing, Sales, and Service areas within D365 CE.
  • Design solutions that translate business needs into robust architectures.
  • Provide technical direction and remove blockers for Product Teams.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to evaluate options and make informed decisions.
  • Participate in feature refinement sessions to clarify solution intent.

Skills

  • Strong technical leadership and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical structures quickly.
  • Structured and collaborative mindset, with a focus on empowering team members.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Azure.
