Solution Architect (HRIT, Hellerup)

Job summary

This role involves designing and delivering IT solutions for HR processes, focusing on scalability and integration within a global support functions team. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HR and/or legal processes.
• 3+ years of experience with major HRIT systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Experience with integrations, system testing, and documentation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies in a product team setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of IT solutions, translating business needs into scalable architecture.
• Challenge requirements to ensure simplicity and robustness with a risk-based approach.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation that adds value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
