Solution Architect (Copenhagen)

Job summary

An experienced Solution Architect is sought to design and implement business-critical solutions in C#, .NET, and Microsoft Azure. This role involves translating architectural principles into practical applications while working closely with development teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or Lead Developer
• Hands-on expertise with C# and .NET
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure and cloud-native development
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and event-driven systems
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
• Understanding of security principles such as Zero Trust and least privilege
• Fluent in spoken and written Danish; professional proficiency in English
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Copenhagen

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native solutions and shared platforms in Microsoft Azure
• Create APIs, integrations, and event-driven solutions
• Develop prototypes, accelerators, and reusable components
• Implement solutions directly in C# and .NET
• Use Bicep or Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
• Define architecture principles, standards, and technical guidelines
• Review code and support technical decisions within development teams
• Modernize legacy applications and integrate existing systems
• Incorporate security, governance, and compliance into solution designs
• Document architectural decisions and communicate them effectively

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate between architecture, coding, and implementation
• Experience in complex organizational environments, preferably in the public sector

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
