Software Engineer (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves simplifying complex business processes by developing robust and scalable systems. The position focuses on building customer-facing functionality and internal tools while ensuring data models and pipelines support business growth.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or a closely related technical role.
• Strong experience with modern programming languages and willingness to learn new ones.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices such as CI/CD.
• Good understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines or ETL processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend functionality, focusing on the onboarding experience.
• Build integrations and data pipelines between the product, CRM, marketing, web data, and data warehouse.
• Design maintainable and scalable data models and pipelines.
• Improve data quality and reliability across systems.
• Transform business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Skills

• Experience with agent-based LLM coding tools.
• Logical and critical thinking about system design and technical trade-offs.
• Experience with TypeScript, Python, Scala, or similar languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS or other major cloud platforms and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical field is preferred.
