Software Developer (On-site, Copenhagen)

Job summary

Join an innovation-focused team as a software developer, working on early-stage product exploration and development. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create novel solutions that address user pain points, particularly in the realm of AI Agents.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C#.
• Experience with Generative AI, including prompt and context engineering, retrieval strategies, chunking, embeddings, vector search, or RAG optimization.
• Knowledge of machine learning or computer vision is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a demanding workload.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype solutions, discerning when to build quickly versus when to invest in robustness.
• Design and develop complex software solutions for both humans and AI agents, including backend and simple frontend components, as well as code testing and review.
• Document learnings, decisions, and architecture to ensure knowledge retention beyond individual proof of concepts.
• Engage in self-education to stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies.
• Conduct frequent demos and pitches to key stakeholders and users.
• Participate in user research to enhance understanding of the dental industry.
