Social Media Assistant (Part-time, Aarhus)

Job summary

This part-time student position involves assisting in social media management and content creation for a brand in the holiday home sector, based in Aarhus, starting Summer 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently studying communication, marketing, media, design, journalism, or a related field, or possess relevant experience.
• Structured, reliable, and capable of managing recurring tasks.
• Native user of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with an understanding of platform-specific content.
• Proficient in creating and editing short-form content.
• Strong writing skills with attention to tone of voice.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in new tools and AI.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Danish or another relevant language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage community interactions through DMs, comments, and requests, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Edit simple video and image assets and write captions in the brand's tone.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across organic channels, supporting campaigns and storytelling.
• Identify and organize creators for collaboration and support workflows for user-generated content.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.
