Qualifications

• More than 7 years of practical experience with GMP quality systems and legislation.
• Strong understanding of business perspectives related to quality.
• Experience in governance and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AI tools for driving insights and process improvements.
• Proven track record as a quality partner for operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance for site Quality Review Boards, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Facilitate site Quality Review Boards to provide guidance and support a quality mindset.
• Shape the Review Board structure and processes in collaboration with operations.
• Innovate and simplify governance and reporting on quality signals.
• Conduct training on Quality Review Board processes and governance principles.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Present the Review Board process during audits and inspections.
• Report status and insights at the Quarterly Management Review.
• Ensure alignment of Quality Review Boards with customer expectations.
• Engage with a global network of Quality Review Board managers.
