Job summary

Lead the Shopper Marketing initiatives for the Nordics Foods segment, overseeing the execution of in-store marketing strategies across Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway. This role involves managing the BTL A&M budget and collaborating closely with local distributors and brand managers to enhance brand equity and drive conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive joint business planning and execution as a shopper marketing expert.
  • Oversee in-store marketing campaigns and ensure effective deployment across various touchpoints in the Nordics.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Commercial Managers to support a holistic market-level calendar for seamless in-store execution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for shopper marketing with distributors, managing activation planning and local campaign adaptations.
  • Manage and report on the BTL A&M budget in partnership with the local Finance Business Partner.
  • Conduct ROI analysis on previous in-store campaigns and assess competitor performance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Brand Managers for local brand strategies and innovations.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and POSM suppliers to execute the marketing calendar.

Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration or business economics.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in FMCG with a strong background in shopper marketing.
  • Proficient analytical skills for ROI analysis and insights generation.
  • Familiarity with the Nordic retail landscape.
  • Fluent in English and preferably one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish).
  • Experience in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
  • Energetic and results-driven with a shopper-centric approach.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management abilities.
