Job summary

The role involves leading the tools function for the North and Central Europe region within the Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools organization. The position focuses on optimizing tool availability and performance across various locations, ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in General Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • A structured and pragmatic approach to work.
  • Proven ability to identify improvement areas and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in stakeholder management at a managerial level.
  • Proficient in English at a negotiation level.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Tools function within North and Central Europe.
  • Serve as a liaison between the regional and global Tools functions.
  • Identify and lead projects aimed at optimizing cost and delivery performance.
  • Establish strong connections with relevant stakeholders both globally and regionally.
  • Represent the Tools function in the regional Supply Chain Management Group.

  • Ability to manage complex optimization projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and factual interactions with colleagues and management.
