This role involves leading the tools function for North and Central Europe, ensuring operational readiness and optimization of tools used in construction and service across the region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in General Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management at a managerial level.
• Proficiency in English at a negotiation level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the tools function within North and Central Europe.
• Serve as a liaison between regional and global tools functions.
• Identify and lead projects aimed at optimizing cost and delivery performance.
• Establish strong connections with relevant stakeholders globally and regionally.
• Represent the tools function in the regional Supply Chain Management Group.
