About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the tools function within North and Central Europe, ensuring tools used in construction and service are operationally ready across all locations. The position reports to the Head of Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools and requires collaboration with a team of senior business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in General Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Pragmatic, structured, and fact-based work approach
  • Proven ability to identify improvement areas and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in stakeholder management at a managerial level
  • Proficiency in English at a negotiation level

Responsibilities

  • Own the Tools function for North and Central Europe
  • Serve as a direct link to the global Tools function
  • Identify, establish, and lead cost and delivery performance optimization projects
  • Create connections between relevant stakeholders globally and regionally
  • Represent the Tools function in the North and Central European Supply Chain Management Group

Education
