Senior Technical Specialist (Marine Ingredients, Remote)

Job summary

This role focuses on providing technical support and innovative solutions in the marine ingredients sector, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

• University degree (M.Sc. or PhD) in chemical or process engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in process design and optimization related to industrial processing of food industry raw materials, particularly marine ingredients.
• Strong scientific confidence with expertise in experimental design and data analysis.
• Customer-oriented with a strategic mindset for identifying business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to engage customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead technical activities such as customer trials and onsite troubleshooting.
• Support the launch of innovative products in partnership with Application Research and Marketing.
• Conduct structured experimentation and data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Provide technical training and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
