Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Team Lead or similar position within a matrix organization.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align priorities across various teams.
• Experience in agile methodologies, working closely with Scrum Masters and delivery teams.
• Solid understanding of software development and system architecture.
• Background in service delivery, incident management, or operational ownership of critical systems.
• Proficient in English communication within a global context.
