Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Job summary

The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for leading procurement, contracting, logistics, and supply chain functions for a major sustainable energy project. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services while adhering to project schedules and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in supply chain or procurement management on major EPCM/EPC projects within energy, oil & gas, or renewables.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with EU and Danish procurement standards and logistics regulations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Project Procurement and Contracting Plan, including materials, equipment, and third-party services.
• Prepare RFQ packages, evaluate bids, and manage vendor qualifications.
• Oversee all supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with engineering and construction.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing and logistics efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, providing updates on procurement status and vendor performance.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary supply chain team and represent supply chain in project reviews and client meetings.
