Senior Solutions Architect (AI & ML, Remote)

Job summary

The role involves serving as a technical expert in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), guiding enterprise customers in architecting production-grade applications. The position emphasizes collaboration with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to enhance customer AI workloads and influence product development.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of practical experience in ML, with a focus on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deploying ML applications.
• Proficiency in AI techniques, particularly in large language models (LLMs) and agentic systems.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and experience in communicating technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Preferred: 5+ years in customer-facing roles, either in pre-sales or post-sales.
• Ability to meet training expectations within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-level ML & AI workloads on a unified platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise GenAI solutions, including RAG architectures and monitoring systems.
• Optimize and scale customer AI workloads using best practices in MLOps.
• Provide advanced technical support during the sales process, covering all aspects of ML model management.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

Skills

• Strong background in ML engineering and AI technologies.
• Experience with tools like HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for collaboration and continuous learning in the ML & AI space.

Education

• Relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ML frameworks, and data engineering tools.
