Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within small, autonomous teams to develop features that support child safety, communication, and educational growth.
• Engage in the development of systems for staffing, attendance, and billing, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Skills

• Strong programming skills in relevant languages.
• Experience with system integrations and data management.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in childcare settings is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
