Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on AI and full-stack development to join a newly formed Cloud & AI Accelerator team. This role involves working on high-impact initiatives that leverage AI and cloud technologies to enhance user experiences and business processes.

Qualifications

• Passion for AI with experience in implementing AI agents.
• Proficient in both frontend and backend technologies.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks, particularly Angular and TypeScript; experience with React is a plus.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, and cloud-based development.
• Interest in modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development.
• Strong collaboration skills and a positive approach to engineering culture.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments that encourage creativity and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI applications to enhance user experiences and workflows.
• Develop AI agents in collaboration with various business domains.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI agents and cloud-based applications across the full stack.
• Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, UX designers, and architects to create effective solutions.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development using relevant technologies.
• Engage in discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development.
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions with a focus on quality and operational excellence.

Skills

• Experience with Angular, Azure, distributed systems, and micro frontends is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in software engineering or a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with tools for AI-assisted development and modern cloud technologies.
