Job summary

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a critical role in the technical team, making key architectural decisions and enhancing system performance for real-time fraud detection. You will collaborate closely with the CTO and founding team, influencing the technical direction of the product.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
• Proven experience in designing high-performance, production-grade systems.
• Ability to work across the full stack with a backend focus and frontend awareness.
• Interest in AI/ML applications in detection and prevention.
• Motivation to build impactful technology and a desire to grow.
• Experience in fintech, finance, or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems for real-time fraud detection.
• Contribute to the architecture of a comprehensive fraud intelligence database.
• Collaborate with fraud analysts and data scientists to convert signals into actionable prevention strategies.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability throughout the stack.
