Senior Software Developer (Cloud Security, Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves developing secure cloud applications for the dental industry, focusing on both administrative software and AI-assisted tools. The position requires collaboration with teams in Copenhagen and Kyiv, emphasizing secure coding practices and proactive security advocacy.

Qualifications

• Senior-level software development skills in C# and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience in cloud security engineering, including containerization, Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD security.
• Proven track record in building secure large cloud systems.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 risks and secure coding patterns.
• Experience with IaC and DevSecOps, including security scanning pipelines.
• Ability to perform threat modeling and translate security expectations into actionable guidelines.
• Knowledge of Azure operational and governance tools.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build secure software for cloud deployment and advocate for security practices within the team.
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews with a focus on security.
• Engage with teams to promote secure coding practices and suggest initiatives for improvement.
• Maintain an active dialogue with the chief security architect and contribute to security discussions across teams.
