Senior Security Engineer

Job summary

The role involves shaping and executing the Identity and Access Management strategy while enhancing overall operational security. The engineer will work with Microsoft-centric identity platforms, ensuring a secure hybrid identity environment and introducing innovative security improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of professional experience in cybersecurity engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft identity and security technologies, particularly Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Broad cybersecurity knowledge across various domains (network, endpoint, cloud security).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Co-own and develop the identity and access management roadmap to improve identity security.
• Administer and enhance core identity systems, maintaining a resilient hybrid identity architecture.
• Implement and streamline user lifecycle processes and enforce strong access controls.
• Design and deploy new security solutions and tools to modernize identity management.
• Collaborate with IT operations, software developers, and business units to embed security best practices.
