Senior SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Consultant (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves providing expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically focusing on Talent Intelligence and job architecture design. The consultant will lead clients through skills-based transformations and facilitate workshops with HR and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Talent Intelligence Hub, Job Profile Builder, and Career Development Planning.
• Proven experience in integrating skills and job architecture frameworks within SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with JDM-to-JPB and TIH migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solution designs.
• Drive the adoption of skills-centric talent practices within client organizations.
• Provide advisory on talent management processes and best practices.

Education

• Certification in SuccessFactors Career Development Planning is required.
