Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Consultant (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management implementations, providing support, and contributing to solution architecture and presales activities in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with EC Time Management, including Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Off.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support.
• Involvement in solution design and architecture within SuccessFactors projects.
• Previous experience in presales activities such as RFPs and customer presentations.
• Familiarity with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and relevant certifications.
• Good understanding of HR and time management processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management implementations from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare.
• Configure and support Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Off functionalities.
• Facilitate customer workshops and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Contribute to solution design and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in presales activities, including RFPs and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and new functionalities.
