Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer journey flows.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and align on priorities.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure system adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within Salesforce.
  • Work with the commercial team to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects from start to finish.

Skills

  • Solid experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement.
  • Salesforce Certification in Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement is required.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in Project Management or working in Project Teams is beneficial.

Education

  • Relevant certifications and experience in Salesforce platforms are essential.
