Senior Salesforce Developer

Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a CRM Systems Department, focusing on delivering Salesforce solutions across various clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role involves taking technical ownership and ensuring robust, secure, and scalable Salesforce implementations.

Qualifications

• Academic background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Several years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, Tech Lead, or Architect.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications or equivalent experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with CPQ, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for Salesforce deliveries, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Set and enforce best practices for design, coding standards, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Review and guide the work of other developers, providing feedback and technical mentorship.
• Perform hands-on technical implementation tasks, including larger features and smaller enhancements.
• Contribute to the end-to-end SAFe-based delivery cycle: backlog refinement, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce data model, APEX, Lightning Web Components, HTML, JavaScript, and automation best practices.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and platform events.
• Comfortable working in agile teams and with modern software delivery practices (CI/CD, version control, automated testing).
• Ability to challenge and act as a sparring partner to both business and IT stakeholders.

Education

• Academic background in software engineering, computer science, or similar.
